— Representatives of partnering youth clubs and organizations including HTS2S Youth Task Force and Youth Ambassadors

● The contest?

— A competition of videos to receive the most likes

● The content?

— The content must be youth substance use prevention strategies, the promotion of a protective factor, the promotion of mental health, and/or the promotion of overall health and wellness

● The substances that may be featured

— Nicotine/E-Cigarettes/Vaping/Tobacco; Alcohol; Marijuana/THC; Opioids/ Prescription Drugs

● The length of the videos

— 2 minutes or less

● The prizes

■ First Place - Choice of $1,000 Educational/Vocational Scholarship OR $750 technology purchase
■ Second Place - Choice of $500 Educational/Vocational Scholarship OR $375 technology purchase
■ Third Place - Choice of $250 Educational/Vocational Scholarship OR $200 technology purchase
■ Best Nicotine Prevention Video - Choice of $400 scholarship OR $400 technology purchase
